Touch, the smartphone at your fingertips

Before the arrival of the iPhone, the Taiwanese firm HTC has released a PDA that responds to human touch, a feature that the very awaited iPhone will also offer with its touch screen. The new Touch is a smartphone using Windows Mobile 6 Professional (Internet browsing and Direct Push Email) that presents itself with a 2,8" (7,1 cm) touch screen, the TouchFlo that can be used both with a stylus (stored in the device) or by using you finger tips to open and navigate menus.

The Touch also comes equiped with a 2 Megapixel camera on the back (with macro lens but no flash unit), multimedia functions and a built-in microphone (for safe hands-free use). Its connectivity comes with 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0. And its battery life promises 5 hours talk and 200 hours standby.
